Getting Out The Vote In Vancouver

By Maureen Andrade on

Senators Ron Wyden and Maria Cantwell made a surprise stop at the Organizing for America field office in Vancouver today, rallying volunteers in the closing hours of the election season. Both senators spoke enthusiastically of what they call 'The Northwest Alliance,' referring to the partnership they have in the senate to pass crucial legislation.

But their drop-in didn't put a halt to turnout efforts. As the senators were leaving, printers were humming, phones were ringing, and volunteers were bustling about, everyone doing their part to make sure that, come tomorrow, all our candidates win in Washington State.
